To ensure a millimetre-perfect fit, NC Doors digitally 'profiles' (measures) each door frame onsite, or takes the dimensions from CAD drawings.

The data is then programmed and downloaded into one of our two 5-axis routing machines, which precisely size each handmade door panel and cuts out hinges, handles, lock and other hardware in minutes – far quicker and more accurately than can be done by hand by a carpenter working onsite.

Installation is so easy our doors can be hung by non-trade workers or a home renovator.

We can also paint or stain your doors and pre-fit hardware from leading suppliers , ready to be delivered and installed in a fraction of the usual time.
